500 g stewing beef
150 g streaky bacon rashers
1 small onion, skinned
80 g rolled oats
15 ml Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1 level tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 ½ tbsp. chopped parsley
Pre heat oven 150°C (300°F) mark 2
Cut of as much excess fat as possible.
In a mincer, mince the bacon mince and onions a few times.
Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Roll into sausage shapes.
Wrap sausages in oiled tin foil twist both end.
Place on a baking tray and cook for 2 hours 15 minutes.
